Our Story
eValue Insurance, Inc. (d.b.a. Quality Benefit Solutions, LLC) was established in 2003, serving both the Medicare and Individuals (under age 65) insurance markets, Offering plans in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Florida.
Owner and Broker, Andrea Hinman, has recently been joined by her daughter, Alyssa. They are both equally enthusiastic about helping their current and future clients!
Their moral and ethical values are what drive their business. Doing what is right for you is top priority!

Andrea Hinman
Andrea has been an Insurance Broker for 23 years, incorporating her own business, eValue Insurance, Inc., in 2003. She is very diverse in the insurance solutions that she finds for her clients, from Medicare, Individual Health Care and AnclillaryProducts.
Andrea works to ensure access to affordable health care for older adults and people with disabilities through counseling and advocacy, educational programs, and public policy initiatives. She is a Medicare Scholar outreach speaker and RxPro certified.
When Andrea is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 3 beautiful children and 5 grandchildren.
Alyssa Burgos
Alyssa recently worked as an Account Manager for Arrow Electronics. In her 14 year tenure she managed customers around the world, including Europe, China and Mexico. She was instrumental in the transitioning and implementing a new Oracle sales system, that is now used globally, and for onboarding, training, and supporting new sales staff.
While Alyssa enjoyed her time at Arrow Electronics, she decided to pursue her dream of owning her own business, and joining her mother, Andrea.
When Alyssa isn't working, she stays active taking care of her three beautiful children and husband of 13 years. They love to travel and make memories.
